    That's the best of all possible worlds. When someone cares enough to suggest a topic for your blog, but can't remember what it was, so you don't get the guilties when you don't write anything about the suggested topic.

    BTW, here's a blogging cheat for when you can't think of a topic: go to reddit, shoutwire, or
    boingboing     and find something to link to.

    not sure about linking, but I can write a whole load better even on a slow day than those moderately odd sites. But thanks gordo for the hint on finding things that are currently hot - would be a good way to make a blog more popular. Me, I'm the pre-electric Dylan. And less impenetrable than I will become in my great period.

    is there a place you people go to learn about these things??? wish i hadn't wasted my time actually learning to write - tho i must admit that you seem to have managed both (sorry for the creeping).

    i shan't dignify your question with a response, Vi, for the very obvious reasons. all i will say is
    'jewels and binoculars hang from the head of the mule train' (with the greatest respect to my friend kingcod).
